No drivers shown in Device manager

So I just built my gaming cpu and I ran into this problem. When I open up my device manager, it shows no devices in it. I was wondering if I need to install drivers or if it was something else?

Check and see that the PlugPlay service is enabled

I forgot to mention this in my first post, I have tried the Plug and Play method and I have tried the Registry method and both didn't work

Saw this, it's a new one to me - look at the Registry change at the bottom - getting rid of the '$%&'()+'
