No Enhancements for Sound with new computer with Windows 10

I just set up my new Lenova Computer. The regular sound volume isn't loud enough for some of the videos I watch.

I tried doing the usla thing like typing in 'sound' in the search on the start menu and adjusting the system level to the loudest then clicking on the speaker and Enhancements. But all it says there is "disable all sound effects".

I noticed this has something called Dolby . It also has RealTek high definition on it. Is there anything else I can do? I tried turning the Dolby sound thing off, but still nothing.

You can go to the REALTEK website and download their drivers and software utility for optimising sound and other enhancements! Make sure you dont have it already running in the taskbar
