No entry sign when moving folders!

Hi Guys

right, this is a new one on me, just installed win 10, all fine, but one problem i just cant find anything on...

when i move a file or folder from my explorer window to the drives etc in the left hand navaigation pane, i get a no entry sign, and cant copy...

any ideas?

Are you trying to copy them to the system drive? You need administrator privileges to do that.

No, it happens with all drives, or even if i expand a drive to show folder contents (in left hand navigation pane)

i disabled quick access.......

so just enabled it again, and voila
