No Ethernet, other forms of connection work though

Hey guys, I just started having this issue today after I turned off the computer and installed some new parts (case fans, so nothing that should affect my Ethernet connection), only to find out that my computer cannot connect to the internet via Ethernet. The modem router that I am using (Archer D5) has its Wi-Fi working fine.

If I get my USB Wifi adapter and plug it into the computer, the computer works fine with it. Similarly, if I use my phone and tether it to the computer, connecting to the internet works fine as well.
When trying to diagnose the error, it'll say that the issue was:
"The default gateway is not available". (FIXED). Upon this, network and sharing center will then say that I have access to the internet (which I don't), and it'll revert back to saying that I have none not too long after.

Regarding the above image, for some reason my Ethernet connect has my 5Ghz wifi channel's name under it, I'm not too sure why, but even after uninstalling the wifi driver, reinstalling the Intel Ethernet driver (the latest one), resetting my modem router, it'll still show that name and not work. Before today, it'll say something along the lines of "Network 1" for example.

If it helps, my motherboard is an Asrock H97 Fatality

Asrock didn't have any network drivers from what I saw on their page. Either way, the problem fixed itself, no clue how, I left it on overnight (computer went to sleep) and it worked when I turned it on. No clue what happened for it to fix itself lol.
