Hi

I have a ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DT laptop:
Ryzen 5 8GB
512GB SSD
GTX 1650 15.6" FHD
Windows 10 Home

After connecting the HMDI port from the laptop to a TV, the laptop fails to detect the TV. Additionally, when I right click on the screen, I have no Intel or NVIDIA control panels. This leaves display setting -where the monitor (TV) fails to detect. In the Radeon control panel HDMI is disabled and there appears to be no way to enable.

So does anyone have any solutions? I have replaced all drivers, installed Windows 11, and Googled until my fingers have dropped off.

Yes, I have tried multiple HDMI cables, yes, I am on the correct input in TV input menu, etc. Normally, I am reasonably competent but this has me bamboozled. All help appreciated as I have a number of deadlines coming up and cannot afford to spend days trying to resolve the issue. Currently, I am not sure whether I should be looking at Windows, NVIDIA, or Radeon settings - HELP! Please!!
