No externally accessible IP address given

I am trying to make a remote connection to a computer using Navega provider (in Honduras) that doesn't give out a externally accessible address. I can use Hamachi and get in but I would like to get to the desktop so my son can make changes to my computer from the US.

Thanks! That works great getting to the machine but I don't see a way to get to the desktop just to what ever is shared.

Sorry, what I tried was logmein hamachi not logmein.com. This does look like it will work. I guess what I was looking for was a VPN program that I could use the IP address that hamachi generated. But again thanks Grumpy9117
