[SOLVED] No front panel connectors

So I essentially purchased a gaming pc prebuilt from bestbuy
the one I have

I upgraded to the following

MSI B350M Bazooka
8gb (4x2) Team Vulcan 3000mhz
EVGA 450w PSU
I believe my case is a phantek p300
Ryzen 5 1500x

I cant seem to find my front panel connectors and figured i try to boot up with out them connected because i dont know where they are, needless to say it didnt boot which i hope is normal,
Im not sure if i wired everything correctly and i dont know where my front panel connectors are,

Any help is much appricated, starting to think building my own pc was a bad idea

On the MSI Website for the MB, find the manual as it's there, the Front Panel connections etc will be in it.
