I transfered my computer into a new case and I am 100% sure everything is connected. I went into the bios and all USB ports are enabled. I purchased this computer from best buy and upgraded it after that. I just haven't upgraded the motherboard or CPU because I thought it was unnecessary. My motherboard is a intel M3970BM here is a website describing it in full detail. Thanks for the support!

so you connected the thick cable into the USB port on the motherboard good
you should noticed once thing about your usb port ion the front some are BLUE some are White, usb 3 is blue generally
like on my Box I only have 1 USB 3 on the front the other 3 connectors are USB 2 and this also means I need to connect those wires to the USb 2,0 ports you have done this ?

--Help me understand this better.--
-On this new PC case does it have a USB input, Like on the case itself?
-Do you have a model number of the case by chance?
If the above is wrong check below.
-If you plug in a USB and nothing is going on, Did you check the Device manager and check to see if the chip set drivers where installed? (Any yellow !!!! icons around)

I am using a Cooler master HAF case. I cannot find the model number. There is no yellow errors in the device manager. And yes it does have front USB inputs build into the case

What is this USB device anyway?
like USB stick WIFI etc
