Hey guys,

I'm facing an issue with my freshly reinstalled PC (Win7 Ult 64bit) and rebooted router (Tenda W311R+). After the reinstall and reboot thing, I'm not able to connect to an internet anymore (same for another 2 laptops without reinst.). I got my PC wired directly with the Ethernet cable (without router) and this is my ipconfig:

I'm really hopeless for this thing..

Thank you very much for your ideas and answers. :)

You have to connect the PC via the router. In the second picture, where you have done this, you get a correct IP address, gateway, DNS server, etc. This should just work. What happens when you try to browse the web with this setup?
It sounds as if somehow, when you rebooted the router, you stopped the DHCP service on it. Hence the IP address which is one that a network card assigns to itself when it can't get a configured address. This also explains why you are having problems with the other two laptops. You need to look at the configuration of the router, and perhaps its logs, to see what the problem is. Simply rebooting the router shouldn't have this effect.

I'm a bit confused by "I got my PC wired directly with the Ethernet cable (without router)". What do you mean by "(without router)"?

I mean, that my PC's connected by a cable from the wall in our flat. When i connect the router (that Tenda thing, then I'm able to connect with my mobile, iPad etc. to the wifi, but still, there's no internet.. Ipconfig with the router:
