No graphics after installing ram

Installed a second set of 2 x 4 gig corsair 1600 into my asus crosshair V i'm running an AMD bulldozer 6 core processor. when installig the ram I never clicked it in properly so I turned my pc off and sorted it out but now the screen won't come on at all I've tried everything, unplugging the mobo and taking the battery out tryng just the old ram, just the new ram, I've talken the gaphics card out etc, there is no beeping or flashing of lights the computer is running.

just a foot note I had 2x2gb corsair chips aonside te first set of 4 gb ones so I've got them In at the moment.
