Initially tried with HDMI with no luck. Bought a DVI cable and still no luck. All breadboarded as well so not a case issue. Fans spin. Tested each ram stick in each slot individually. Everything leads to a red VGA light. Any ideas?

Please TH, you’re my only hope.

Solution
A Ryzen 1600 REQUIRES a graphics card. The VGA light is telling you that you don't have one. Only the newer 2200G and 2400G don't require a discrete graphics card.
