No Hard Disk Detected?

I my 1 TB ext HDD is not getting detected

Is it a problem on 1 computer or more?

-Have you tried a different cable?
-Is this via USB? If so, maybe try a different port.
-Does the harddrive work but you are not seeing it in Device Manager?
-Is this harddrive a known good harddrive?

one light is glowing in hard disk, but not able to see any changes in aptop/computer

-Is this harddrive a known good harddrive?

Seagate 1TB HD, I was using for past 6 months.

Also, Is this a H/W prob? How to identify that?
