Question No HDD detected in Bios Lenovo

Hi everyone. I have a Lenovo ThinkPad E580. It wont recognize the NVMe or The SATA SSD OR HDD drive. I tried everything, but I did plug in an NVMe with a light that come on when it gets power and the NVMe had power with the light on. Other than that it wont read a drive.

Ive done the following

-tried numerus bios setting
-tried updating bios
-tried known good hdds

I cant figure it out so please maybe someone can help me?

was it working. before you try putting in the nvme drive?

Hi RGD1101. So I bought this off eBay therefore, there isn't much history behind it that I can tell you. Sorry about that. but, no I tried all different types of configurations with the drives.
