no hdd/ssd shown in bios

My friend spilled coffee on her keyboard. Can get into bios where hdd/ssd is it says "none". tried to reinstall windows 7 but no drive shown

this is a laptop it could have been inside and made more damage then just shorthing the keyboard .

Let it dry-out a while. Actually, open up the drive door, usually on the bottom or side of the laptop and take out the hard drive and inspect for any obvious signs of water damage. Usually there are some sort of small round ovals stacked ontop of each other on the black plastic to designate that that disks are stacked ontop of each other and that is the location where you should open up with a screwdriver.
