Just built my first PC recently, and ran into an issue when plugging my monitor into the graphics card via HDMI. Initially, when I built my computer, I plugged the monitor into the motherboard (HDMI). Upon realizing this (PC boots up, get signal when in motherboard), I tried plugging it into the graphics card by following these steps (graphics card download via AMD website gave me error messages after 0% and 2% progress on install):

I installed Driver Fusion via Steam, but only the free version. When uninstalling the Intel Display Drive, I get the following message: " Some entries could not be deleted and require Driver Fusion Premium in order to be deleted. Would you like to take a look at the premium benefits?". Do I need to have Premium to completely uninstall the Intel driver? What else can I try? Completely green when it comes to building/troubleshooting/etc.
Graphics card has both the 6/8 PCEI connections plugged into the the card and PSU. Note that I initally installed the GPU driver with the disc provided. Fan spins, but that's it.
Here is my build, all new parts:
Intel i5-4460 3.2 GHz Quad-Core
ASRock H97 Anniversary ATX LGA1150
Mushkin ECO2 2x4 GB DDR3-1600
Sandisk SSD PLUS 240 GB 2.5"
Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4GB Video Card
EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Acer KN242HYL 60Hz 23.8" Monitor
Windows 10 OS (Education)
