Question No HDMI sound !!

Hi,

Getting no sound coming out of my TV through HDMI only out of the laptop speakers. Updated to the Windows 1903 update and now no HDMI sound before was working.
Can anyone help please as I've tried disabling drivers and enabling but not working.

Have you tried removing your graphics drivers entirely and reinstalling them? Sound over HDMI is usually handled through them. I know for Nvidia based graphics cards that an HDMI audio driver is built into the driver software package and can be installed along with the one for the GPU itself. I believe AMD drivers operate in similar fashion, however its been awhile since I have used an AMD card so I could be mistaken for their cards.

Also, please post your system specs.
