Question No Headphone Audio. PLEASE HELP

My Headphones won't be detected by the computer rear jack. My computer front jack worked fine, but then I broke it. I tried to plug my headphones into the rear jack of the computer and it won't work. My sounds settings says it's the default device and I've tried changing the frequency. The audio just won't play through it. I've tried every single YouTube video and nothing has worked. Please help.
