No Hyperthreading Disable Option

There is no disable option for hyper-threading in my BIOS. I need to disable it as a fix for a game (Rainbow 6 Siege) that crashes mid game frequently. I know this seems like an unlikely fix however it was worked for many. However there is no option for it. I go into BIOS and into CPU features and there isn't another sub menu and there is no option. Please help I cannot afford to waste this money that I spent on the game.

MSI GTX 660
MSI Z97 Gaming 7 mobo
Windows 10
