No I/O shield with motherboard/case?

My motherboard http:// just arrived, but I can't find an I/O shield or back panel anywhere with the packaging. It's new so I assumed it would come with it? Or am I just being colossally stupid...
Anyway, what should I do from here to get a shield that fits?

IO shield should be with a new motherboard purchase.

there should be one. look again, call support, ask for one etc.

the're not usable from another motherboard, each model has its own backpanel arrangement. you could use it without one but it will be tricky to plug stuff in and your airflow's compromised and dust gets in.

If you purchased your motherboard used, refurbished or open box, that's a risk you have to accept. If you purchased it new, contact the seller and begin RMA procedures.
