Hello,
so i have a new graphics card and when i plug it in my PC i use a DVI to VGA adapter, my windows 8.1 won't show my log it screen it's just blue but i can enter my password and when i do so it just shows my taskbar but only the start button and the icons next to it, can't see my mouse nor any icons just the taskbar and the desktop background, and when i plug my old graphics card in everything works just fine. If anyone is kind to help me please do so
