[SOLVED] No idea where to connect fan controller power cable

I bought this fan controller and it has a cable which I don't know where should I connect it. I guess in the motherboard or in the psu but I don't see anything. I own the Asus prime x570-P motherboard and corsair 750 tx psu. The cable looks like this:
