Clear CMOShttps://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000025368/processors.html
i did reset bios and now pc boots just fine, its just that i have to put the sticks on the slots a1 and a2, tried doing b1 and b2 but it wont display an image, tried single stick on both b1 and b2 and same thing, could there be something wrong with those slots? or is there a way to fix?

My motherboard was new as well.

You could run memtest x86 on both sticks in 1 channel to make sure the ram is good. Seems like a dead memory channel.
The CMOS clear should have fixed any bios setting causing the issue, so it is left mostly to a hardware fault.
