Hello, I recently got a new cpu (ryzen 7 2700) when i put in my pc the pc did not want to display anything on the monitor.
I'm no expert on computers so called my dad and he said that I should put my old cpu back in because i might needed to update the bios. I tried updating it but when i select the flash bios thing in that asrock menu it says "no image file detected" and i don't know what to do. Please help!
I have the AsRock ab350m pro4

yeah, make sure the USB drive is formatted for FAT32, sometimes NTFS or XFAT does get recogznized.
copy the updated bios file up and try again - good luck

you'll need version 5.90 at least, also make sure you've updated the VGA driver

* Please install "AMD all in 1 with VGA driver ver:18.50.16.01_WHQL" or a later version before updating to this BIOS.
** If you updated the BIOS before updating the AMD all in one driver, please refer to the Display recovery SOP to recover your system.
*** If the current BIOS version is older than P5.50, please update BIOS to P5.50(PinnaclePI-AM4_1.0.0.6) before updating this version.
**** User will not able to flash previous BIOS once upgrading to this BIOS version.

Just curious what your previous CPU was. The Ryzen 7 2700 does not have integrated graphics. If your previous CPU did and you do not have a discrete graphics card installed, then you will not get a display regardless of what BIOS version is installed.
