No image on pc

Gaming pc showing no image, new processor, new rams, new gpu, new motherboard... runs on 37 watts... new psu?

I basicaly bought another pc just to see what the problem is.

Ok i am verry sorry for posting without giveing details, this happend because the frustration got to me.

System details.

Motherboard:
New: gigabyte z370p d3
Old: rog strix z370-f gaming
Cpu : intel core i3 8100 (both new and old)
Psu: evga 750 g2
Ram: corsair vengeance 1x4 gb 2400mhz and 1x8gb 2400 mhz (new one )
Gpu: amd rx580 8gb and amd rx580 8gb

Samsung ssd 250 gb

Please dont judge my idea of gaming pc... i know it is a... daily pc for other but hey...
