Question No image when accessing BIOS and UEFI

My setup -
Gigabyte B450 AORUS M motherboard,
BIOS version F50,
Ryzen 3400G
2x8gb 2666Mhz crucial ballistix RAM

When trying to enter BIOS by mashing the DEL key upon start-up, no image comes through on my monitor, same happens when trying through Windows>UEFI firmware settings.
I´ve been advised to do either of the following...
1 - disable fast boot and try the DEL key
2- take cmos battery out and re install
3- (the most far fetched solution) change my motherboards video port at the back.

Can anyone help me with some more insight?

Are you using a graphics card? Maybe try and connect to the motherboard directly? Switch the video cable around?

Thanks for the sugestion, but i´m using an integrated GPU so there is no dedicated gpu cable in my PC.

When you say conect to the mobo directly, what do you mean exacly?
