No input after installing Nvidia drivers

So my computer has started playing up. Yesterday while playing the screen turned off and said no input. I restarted my PC but shortly after logging in it shows no input again. If I uninstall the Nvidia drivers or enter in safe mode it doesn't do this error.

I have restored the system, uninstalled and reinstalled Nvidia drivers various times, tried another PCIE Slot, tried different cables and monitors and reset CMOS. But it's still doing it.

I want to know if this is a driver issue because I really don't want to spend a lot of money on a new GPU although it is probably time for an upgrade.

Specs:
Intel i7 4790k
16GB Ram
GTX 780ti
MSI Z97 Gaming 9 Motherboard

I've seen a few things cause issues with Nvida drivers. One known thing is issue with display adapter drivers. Check your uninstall program list for anything that has "display adapter" on it and uninstall it. Then use DDU to cleanly uninstall all remaining video drivers and perform a reinstall using newest video drivers.

Tried what you said and still same issue. I made sure nothing had dispaly adapter in it and also checked device manager and nothing to do with Nvidia. I also run DDU but when installing the new drivers it did the same thing mid instalation.

Edit: Should also mention I currently am using the Graphics card but without any drivers. The problem only appears when installing the drivers.

Just tried installing the drivers in safe mode but still nothing. Although now the screen colours turned a dark green before the screen going into no signal mode.

I think that the GPU is dead as the last couple of months it has been bluescreening with Watchdog timeout error and now everytime I install the drivers it has a greenish tint before the no input error. Yesterday it just stopped working various times in games.

What do you think? Is this hardware or software related.

I did try different cables and another monitor but it still did the same thing.

I got a new card on the way so lets see if it works with that one. I hope it does. It's also un upgrade so i'm excited.
