No input devices work after sketchy driver 'update'

Hey, so I was trying to update my windows computer (Nextbook Flexx 11) and somehow went to update drivers. I downloaded some software (not sure which app I chose) and started to update the drivers. All of them were downloaded and installed, so I restarted my computer. After the restart nothing worked. I couldn't use the touchpad, touchscreen, keyboard, or anything (except for the charger). Is there anything I can do to reset Windows, or get the correct drivers back?

Are you able to use a USB mouse/keyboard?

The 2 USB ports are on the keyboard side of the device, which I am unable to interact with because of corrupted/bad GPIO drivers. There is a MicroUSB port on the tablet side of the device, but I do not have any MicroUSB keyboards, mice, or USB->MicroUSB adapter(though I might end up purchasing one).
