I have been facing a weird problem for the past couple of days. It will be helpful for me if you go through the whole post and give me a suggestion.

Whenever I switch on my PC, at first try the CPU switches on but the monitor displays "Input Signal Not Found". Then the monitor remains off but the CPU keeps on running fine.
I have tried two methods that solve the problem,
  1. I have restarted the pc manually with the restart button, then the Monitor runs fine in the second try.
  2. I press and hold the power button, switch on the PC manually and then I plug out the HDMI cable from CPU and plug it in again. After doing this also the monitor works fine as well.
Now I am not sure where the problem is, in the GPU/Monitor/Cable or anywhere else. I have already done the restarting a couple of times which is very harmful to the CPU but I found no other way to switch the PC on.
Please give me a suggestion on what to do.

Your monitor is most likely not the problem

Try a different monitor cable, if it still doesn't work, it may be a GPU problem.

What GPU model is it?
