Question No input signal

Hello to all. Removed the video card from the device manager with the drivers. I rebooted the computer and the image is not output (No input signal). I tried to reset the BIOS, remove the video card and insert the cable into the motherboard (there is a integrated video card) - the result is the same. Does it make sense to connect the HDD to another computer and install the driver? And what are the general solutions to this problem?
Video card - GT 520

Did you reset the cmos on the mobo?

Yes. I reset cmos both by taking out the battery and using the jumper

Could this problem be due to the fact that I use a VGA cable?
