Question no input signal

I start my old pc and monitor says 'no input signal' problem is not with monitor,graphic card, power suply or cable. Can somebody help what can be problem?

I test monitor on my ntb and is working cable same and power supply i test on friend pc and is working. i tried cable plug in motherboard and nothing happens graphic card i test same on friend pc and is working. i will post more informations about components when needed.
