No input to monitors

Hi. So I've been experiencing an issue with my PC detecting and playing the sound as if a device has been plugged in and it was really annoying me. In attempting to fix the issue I created a far worse issue.

I installed a program to check USB devices (USBdeviews) and loaded a game, shortly after my computer blue screened (only 2nd time in 2 years). Upon attempting to restart my PC not input was being sent to my monitors, ("no input detected").
I've been completely unable to solve the issue.

Info:

*All PC fans and GPU turns on, along with peripherals lighting up Although keyboard is not inputting. (Not getting past BIOS?)

*Earlier after multiple failed boot attempts my PC booted straight to BIOS without my input. Working my way to the desktop my PC then froze, forcing me to reset, now monitors are showing nothing again.

*I've taken my GPU out and refitted, reset my CMOS, and my power, DVI and DisplayPort cables, all to no avail.

Any help would be IMMENSLY appreciated. Thank you in advance.

At this point , I would recommend that you try using the Operating System installation disc. First I would try doing a Repair Upgrade. This will reinstall the system startup files. Hopefully , that will fix the issue. But if that doesn't fix the problem, then a fresh reinstall of the operating system is probably necessary.

If you haven't done so already, updating the BIOS is probably going to be needed.
Here are a couple of troubleshooting checklists?

I would recommend re-seating your memory sticks. One at a time remove a DRAM stick, clean the contacts, blow out the slot, and firmly reinstall the stick.

As you mentioned, I recommend clearing the CMOS.

Are there any LED's, diagnostic displays, or beep codes indicating an error?

Also, try re-seating the graphics card in the slot. Again clean the contacts & blow out the PCI Express x 16 slot. If that doesn't help, try another slot if possible.

Specs:

Windows 10 32-bit
GeForce 1080 GTX
16GB 2144hz
1000W EVGA Supernova PSU
MSI DDR4 Mobo

I can provide more, a little difficult at the moment as I can't access my PC.
I'll work on your tips there, although I find it weird how I've experienced absolutely 0 issues with this PC since I got it 2 years ago but since I took the side panels off today there's been nothing but issues.

Thanks again

I tried resetting the CMOS again to get back into the BIOS page again but instead it sent me to a splash screen that displayed a message "Preparing automatic repair" indefinitely. Upon hard resetting my PC now whenever I reset the CMOS my PC simply freezes on the boot splash screen and doesn't reach BIOS
