Netgear91, no such model number, what is the model number of your router?

Wont take password, what kind of password, a wifi password, password to authetnticate your ISP, password for a website??

What device is not allowing you to connect to the internet: a desktop, laptop, smartphone, what?

Are you having difficulty connecting via WiFi or Wired internet?
Have you tried wired internet or wireless only?

Have you tried to connect with a different device?

Have you tried bypassing the router and connecting a pc directly to the modem?
