No integraded graphics or onboard

Im building a new computer for the first time and im confused about this. I have a dedicated video card but if I cant see the screen (integrated graphics etc) how can I install software for it, or windows

AMD Athlon X4 760k
MSI A78M-E35
Vapor-x R9 270X

The dedicated GPU has a basic enough level of functioning that you don't need drivers off the bat. It will still output even if there's no OS and drivers installed.

So just double checking, once I build computer, plug monitor into GPU, Run threw bios, Install windows via USB, then Drivers for GPU?
