It seems that your internet is down from your provider's end.
I called them, they said everything is good over there. And they checked my line and also said it's fine. I reconnected the cables. Factory reset the router but nothing helped.

Oh. I'm not too sure what to do as I'm used to cable modems and debugging them. Sorry I can't be of much assistance here.
