No internet access help!

Hey all, i have a TP-Link router which is connected with a cable from the main internet modem, now when i connect to this TP-Link from my mobile's WiFi or from my PC it shows that its connected but no internet access! i cant connect to anything even tho it shows that it's connected. I should do something with the ip or so ?
any help ?

Rest the router first: unplug it for two minutes. then plug it back in.
