No internet after factory reset

Cannot connect to the internet after factory reset on my router. I have a Zyxel VMG8324-B10A. I have called my ISP they tell me everything is fine. All of my devices can connect to the router but not the internet. Windows tells me it's not able to connect with a primary DNS, if that helps.

Resetting to factory defaults will lose your ISP connection info and any wireless login info you entered previously.
