no internet after recovering from bsod

my laptop recently went into bsod due to my avast internet security update and gave me stop 0x000000D1 with ndis.sys error. i fixed it by removing avast and reinstalling all network drivers. But now i cant connect to the internet by wifi, bluetooth or even my 3g usb modem!! i'm thinking about reinstalling windows but that's my last resort...please help!!

i've already done this and no luck! . I should mention that when i do an ipconfig, i get media disconnected for everything. My drivers are not corrupt i.e. They dont have triangles or cross in device manager. I can still use bluetooth to transfer data. I can connect to wifi but with no internet access.

well since i couldn't find a solution i just reinstalled win7, problem solved! 🙁
