No internet after router factory reset

I factory resetted my TP-LINK TL-WR340G 54M Wireless Router because login details was no admin - admin. Now I can login but I lost my internet, I tried quick setup in router setting and ipconfig release and renew too in cmd but doesnt work. I hope some mac address isnt changed becausen I dont want call service.

With the factory reset, your WiFi settings were set back to factory as well.
You need to log on to the router, and set up the WiFi. And tell your devices what the WiFi password is. (different than the router log in password)

I don't have internet on pc with cable and I can connect to wifi but internet doesnt work

You have to configure the router with your ISP credentials, if it is PPOE it is a username and apssword, if it is static ip you must configure the corect ip, if you dont know this then you must call the isp only them knows. Next time try to wrote down those credentials or configuration settings needed.
