Idk if this will help you since i had a similar problem like yours. What i did is delete whatever network driver you have (mine was killer network from msi) and reset your pc fully, the one from windows that people will have a hard time trying to recover old data. Before that though MAKE SURE you have your old network driver to install after you reset your pc, and try to find another solution since this is a last ditch effort. Note that my problem was request timed outs check this by going to command prompt and typing
Ping "website" -t and check if there are any. Also check your internet speeds with speedtest.

i already reset my pc with fresh installation of windows and after that i installed network drive for dlink network card to get internet connect, and then i installed amd driver for my graphic card, then..same problem i got.. i cant use the internet, but the thing is, the network still connected..

what do you mean for the old network driver? is it old version or what?

It might be a number of problems like your internet service provider then. And i was just saying any network driver since i only had killer network to install, mine just happened to be an old version since i install it via cd.

Are you able to use the internet on other devices?

Are you connected to your internet and nothing shows up in your browser?

If yes for the second, then type in command prompt Ping "website" -t (without the "") and check if there are any request timed outs.
Check if there is any packet loss too by typing Ping "website" and it'll tell you if there is any packet loss at the end. Packet loss is can be caused by interference like microwave is on.

If not it might be a problem hardware related, like a broken cable.
