Hello, i've got weird connection problem here.

i live in indonesia
i got 200mbps connection from isp
before i've used cat5e cable and got 200mbps connection without any problem with the 1gbps full duplex setting.
Then i do some re-wiring then got error on 1gbps full duplex, then i set it down to 100mbps and got the connection.
Today i changed my cable to cat6 but still had the same problem on 1gbps full duplex settings so i changed it down to 100mbps until now.
im using Huawei HG8245H router from my isp, i got 6-7 meter cat6 straight to my computer, and im using Intel Ethernet Connection i219-V adapter, and my motherboard is Asus Z170 Pro Gaming Aura.

Thankss😉

There is no tester you can afford that will verify a cable actually is good. The simple ones just make sure the wires go the correct places, the ones used to actually certify cable cost thousands of dollars. Then again on a short cable even very crappy quality wires will pass and work fine.

There are not many things to check. This is a very low level hardware function. Check to be very sure that your end equipment ports are properly set, make sure they are set to auto. If one end is set to say 1gbit and the other end is set to auto they many times drop to 100mbit. Both must be configured to 1gbit or both must be auto for it to work. In many cases you can not configure this on a router or switch so you should always leave...
If you have replaced the cable that is all you can do. You want to leave all the setting auto when you want it to run 1g. There is no such thing as 1g half duplex but many times if you manually set it to full duplex it gets confused.

In general when it will only run at 100mbit it means one or more of the wire pairs are damaged...normally blue or brown because the green and orange are used for 100m also. If you have replaced the cable it should resolve any issues with a bad cable. There is a tiny chance you have damaged the port on the router or pc but it is highly unlikely. I did find one a child put a small piece of tape deep inside but in general you can not fix a broken port. Make sure the cables fit tightly into the port and do not move around much.

sorry im new for this,
but i just got the new cat6 cable like yesterday, should i checked it with rj45 tester?

There is not much else you can do. I would buy another cable just to be sure but you are then left with the possibility that you have a defective port in the end equipment which can not really be fixed.
