Question No internet connection on i225-V

So like the title says I upgraded my cpu and motherboard 2 days ago and I can't find a way to have internet I've installed windows so many times I can't get my pc to connect to internet
Motherboard: asus rog apex xiii
Cpu: 10900k
I also don't see the network adapter in device manager help!
Also win ver. 1709
And also connected via LAN cable

What error message or pop-up Windows appear (if any) when network connectivity fails?

In Device Manager > View Tab

Is "Show hidden devices" checked? And if not, does checking "Show hidden devices" reveal the network adapter?

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt and post the results.

I would boot a linux live cd and see if the nic is alive there. If not, seems like a doa nic.
