No internet connection

Well apparently I just finish building a new gaming pc everything is working fine until I checked my device manager, it shows other devices not recognized like Ethernet Controller, PCI Memory Controller, PCI Simple Communications Controller and SM Bus Controller (they all show a yellow exclamation mark). To add on top that I have no internet connection on my new gaming pc, even do I'm connected to it via Wi-Fi on my laptop, but for some reason it doesn't work on my new gaming pc. I dont know what to do.. I tried putting the motherboards cd, but it still doesn't work. Btw the motherboard is a Asus H170 pros Gaming motherboard. PLEASE HELP ME!!

You need to install the drivers for the motherboard networking. They should have been included on a CD with the motherboard, or you can find them at the manufacturer's site, and bring them over with a flash drive.

Oh wow I found the problem apparently I put the disc before and I dint let it install all the drivers.... haha sorry about thanks for the help
