Something is really weird, after installing the last update for windows 10, my internet is going places. For example in the first minute that the pc is started i have internet connection for everything, chrome, steam, Blabla everything, but after that network restricted stuff appear in the task manager it stops working, but not completely, it’s weird, now I can’t use chrome and the other apps, such as discord, steam, skype blabla but I can play LOL. The wifi icon says that I’m connected but something is restricting my acces. Could you guys think what could be the problem?

Solution
I want you to use the Command Prompt as Administrator (no Powershell)

Type cmd in the search box. Rght-click cmd (from the search results), and then click Run as Administrator.
Type 'net user administrator /active:yes' and hit ENTER.
Type 'net user administrator <Password>' and then press ENTER (replace <password> with the password you would like to use for the admin account).
Type exit and then press ENTER. Log off the current user account.

If you are unable to complete the task then the user profile got corrupted somehow.
Try this steps:
Press the Windows key and X , then click Command Prompt (Admin).
Click Yes when prompted about the administrator permission.
Type 'ipconfig/flushdns' hit Enter
Type 'nbtstat -R' hit Enter
Type 'nbtstat -RR' hit Enter
Type 'netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt' hit Enter
Type 'netsh winsock reset' hit Enter
Restart your computer

No. It is my pc, I’m the only one using it. I just reinstalled windows 10 and updated it to the latest version and then this came up. The only thing that I did different is that I installed Bitdefender free just to check it out, Normally I use eset paid but I had no license for the moment and said why not... and I received this

You should have started with that.
It is not Windows or the Windows update it is Bitdefender blocking safe websites and online applications.
-Open Bitdefender interface.
-Click the VIEW MODULES link.
-Click the Whitelist link, in the WEB PROTECTION module.
-Provide the address of the blocked website or online application in the corresponding field and click Add.
-Click Save to save the changes and close the window.

***If you cannot access secure websites after installing Bitdefender.
-Open Bitdefender interface.
-Click the VIEW MODULES link.
-Choose Web Protection from Protection tab.
-Use the switch to temporarily turn off Scan SSL feature.
-Now close the Bitdefender window and try to access the webpage again.

Sir I tried for the past two days when I got a bit of time, to install back the antivirus, cuz as an very intelligent person that I am, before asking someone who knows best I tried to fix it myself and I uninstalled the bitdefender antivirus, and now i have tried to install it again to see if i can access the options that you kind sir have showed me but I have no connection to activate my account and the antivirus programme is locked\blocked. So if there is another way that I can fix it I'll gladly do it. Thank you so much for your help, I'm really gratefull and I feel sorry because I'm really unable to use this solution.

I suggest you uninstall Bitdefender since appear to be corrupted, then use Bitdefender uninstall tool to remove files and settings left behind.
Check if you still have the issue.
You could use another free antivirus like Avast free, which is as good as Bitdefender but easier to configure.

This is the message that appears in chrome and the results after diagnostics...

To add some more information, after I also reseted The Internet Properties. It works for a few seconds, youtube starts for example and then after a few seconds the connection problem again. And also the lock screen resets. I feel like it happens in a loop. I dunno, just an inexperienced in it guy opinion.

Download the drivers for you network device from the manufacturer of your system or your network device. Go to Device Manager and under Network adapter find and uninstall the network device.
Reboot and allow Windows to install the drivers for it. If Windows is unable to install the drivers then manually install the drivers from the manufacturer.

Check you computer clock and time zone.

If you haven't change LAN settings.
In the search space type 'inetcpl.cpl' and hit Enter to open Internet Options.
Select the 'Connections' tab and click on the 'LAN settings' button.
Check if a proxy server for your LAN option is checked, uncheck it and save your changes.
If check, uncheck the Automatically detect settings check box, click Apply, and see.

Also you could try changing your DNS settings
Open Control Panel.
Click on Network and Internet.
Click on Network and Sharing Center.
On the left pane, click on Change adapter settings.
Right-click the network device that you use to access the internet, and select Properties
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) from the list.
Click the Properties button.
Click the Use the following DNS server addresses option.
Here you could type your preferred DNS server addresses.
I suggest you use Google Public DNS or OpenDNS.

Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
OpenDNS : 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220
Click OK.
Click Close to apply the new DNS changes.

I was also thinking about this but I can’t apply the settings... It says that “some settings are managed by your admin” I’m the admin, I tried connecting with another admin account... still nothing... I’m not part of a domain... what could it be...
