No Internet connection

I connected my router to my computer with cable, but I have no internet connection shown on my pc.
Router : Zyxel NBG-418N v2

No bumping necessary and doing so is not appropriate.

Furthermore you need to provide more information.

Are you seeing any error codes or warnings?

Did you try another known working Ethernet cable?

How are you connecting to the PC: motherboard Ethernet port, PCIe Ethernet adapter, USB Ethernet adapter?

Make and model adapter? What OS are you using?

Have you tried downloading and reinstalling the applicable device drivers?

Windows 7, Ethernet cable but I can't find any drivers for it :/

oh and I forgot I am using G41M-VS3 Board

Run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt.

Should be able to identify the network adapter and then look for the applicable drivers.
