No internet for weeks

Hello, I had no internet in the past 2 weeks, called my provider twice, it worked for some minutes after they left. They told me to get a new router so I did, now the Internet isn't disconnecting anymore, it shows good quality but the pages aren't loading, I tried setting up a connection on my laptop, same thing.

This could be a DNS (or lack of DNS) issue.

Easy test ...
Open a command prompt.
Type "ping 173.194.206.101" and hit enter. This is a IP address for google. If it works you have connectivity to the internet.
Type "ping google.com" and hit enter. If the response is "The server at www.example.com can't be found" or something like that, then you might not be connecting to a good DNS server. Open your IP configuration (https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using) and use 8.8.8.8 as a DNS server and see if that helps.

Still nothing, I pinged the hell out of Google for the past few days, it works a bit then "request time out".

Test the connection with a single system connected to their modem (by-pass the router). If the issue is still there, contact the ISP support again.

if your modem has errorr log and info page print screen it and post it here. we can see if the modem signal level is high or low.
