[SOLVED] no internet open

I visit a local cafe with my laptop. I connect to internet okay with my phone. Many others with laptops, but me, not possible. Writes ... no internet open ...

i disconnect many times to try more, but nothing.
In others places i connect fine, with same laptop. Not there.
What can i do ? Why is that ?

I did sir, and nothing happened. On my phone , when i want log in, before browsing i need to confirm to cafe password or something, and connect automatic after. On laptop i cant see this. Only on this cafe o have this problem.

try a different browser like edge, firefox or Chrome

Is DHCP enabled on this laptop?

I tryed other browser, Edge, the same sir. The DHCP is in automatic.
Problem is , i cant find this option, like on my mobile, to access on cafes internet. I cant connect. On the cafes logo its like a shield on it. Like locked.

I have Thinkpad t440s, i7 .
i tryed this method, yes. Didnt work for me.

Is any 3rd party antivirus software or firewall installed on it?

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Did you block these in other browsers as well?

You can run chrome in safe mode (disable extensions) to check if it´s working then
