I have 4 sticks installed and one of the sticks isnt reporting any timing readings for the jdec#1 column, colums 2,3,4 for that stick have values but they are different then the other 3 sticks...any thoughts? Im not getting errors on the unit and there doesnt seem to be any problems but maybe performance is suffering as a result.

I assume you have a Mix-Matched RAM, typically it's best not to mix RAM together.

IF you do then you'll need to find a JEDEC then is Universal to all of the sticks <or> LCD Lowest Common Denominator like you do in math. Plus at a Frequency that is fully supported by your CPU. Then MANUALLY set the DRAM Frequency, CAS Timings and Voltage (assuming there's not a variance exceeding 0.20v).

Example
DDR3-1333 9-9-9-24-2T @ 1.50v ; JEDEC 667MHz
DDR3-1333 8-8-8-27-2T @ 1.60v ; JEDEC 667MHz
===================================
DDR3-1333 9-9-9-27-2T @ 1.55v~1.60v ; JEDEC 667MHz

In the BIOS set the Frequency, CAS (CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS-CMD) and Voltages (try 1.55 then 1.60v).

Testing:
1. Memtest86+ 4 full passes (2 hours min) (ISO/zip to create a bootable CD/DVD) - http://www.memtest.org/
2. Prime95 + Blend (2~4 hours) - http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft/

IMO - Test!
