Hello,
The combination of no keyboard present and the CMOS checksum error is very very frustrating to say theleast.
I Tried disconnecting SATA drives, repositioning of RAM, disonnected all USB devices, tried connecting with a ps/2 keyboard and tried the other 7 USB ports on my MoBo, replaced CMOS battery with CR3032 battery (as suggested) and tested it. Tried all of this with different time periods (less then 5 min to more than 12 hours).
I'm running out of ideas and I would hate to replace my X58 classified
