Question No LED lightup on mainboard or power button

Bought new Motherboard and Power Supply and no LED Lightup on mainboard
or the power button on the front.
my mothboard leds show up in RGB software programs but do not light up when I turn them on.
SPECS:

GTX 1660 Super -GPU

B550-A Pro -Motherboard

Ryzen 5 3600 X - CPU

2x8GB Vengeance LPX -RAM

Toughpower PF1 850W -PSU

Make and model of your case? FYI, from what I'm looking at, the board doesn't have any RGB LED's on the motherboard's PCB. Might want to elaborate on the app's you're working with.
