Question No LED Z170X Gaming 5 GigaByte Motherboard

Hey, my PC won't send any display to the screen when I power it on. All the fans run but there is usually an LED code on the motherboard which reads "A" something and changes up whenever there's an issue with booting the PC.. this time it's just blank.. doesn't look like it's powered but everything else on the board is.
